How We Spent Our Holidays

In case you can't actually see what that says, it says "Seasons Greetings!" So for our holidays this year we were blessed to spend it with Brandon's family out in Maryland. Our visit consisted of lots of shopping and visiting. The most interesting, new thing for Molly was Firetruck Santa! No, that is not a joke. Apparently Santa gets together with the Fire Department and rides around on a firetruck with all the sirens going and throws candy to all the kids who sit around and wait for it. Needless to say, it was quite the experience.
The picture comes from an event called "Lights on the Bay". It was so much fun! It is a big lights display done near Chesapeake Bay and you go and drive around and look at all the lights. There were tons of animated lights too! It was really cool. The other pictures are some of the favorites from the display.
As for the rest of our trip, a lot, a lot, a LOT of football was watched. It was quite enjoyable. What else are you supposed to do during the break?
Now we are back in Colorado, (finally, but that is another story) and Molly has started work. Brandon is still trying to figure out what to do, whether it be volunteering at a hospital or shadowing a PA or some other type of Doctor, who knows, but we know that whatever it ends up being will be for the best for us right now. Hope everyone had a happy holidays!!

There's a Christmas Fire truck in Tahoe. It's lighted up like crazy and blares Christmas music. But, they don't have a Santa. We'll have to tell them they missed the most important thing! But, sounds like life is going great. We miss you! Thanks again for all your generosity before you left. We're taking care of your tables! Good luck with Tax Season Molly!
