Drained.

That really is the only word to describe how our past couple of weeks have been. In good news we are on our 7-week break from school, which has been super nice, more-so for Brandon than for me. I am still working on campus, but because the afternoon secretary was going to be gone for a week, I worked full-time until she got back. It was a lot harder than working 8-12 like I had been. But it is a fabulous job and that always makes it better.

In other AWESOME news, Brandon got a call a few weeks ago from a place in Maryland where he was really hoping to get an internship....and he has a conditional job offer!!! (the condition being that he is able to get security clearance) So he has a ton of forms to fill out and then after those are in, they will be flying him out to Maryland to go through some screening tests, etc, and then we will know for sure! The chances are very high though! I am so proud of Brandon for all the work he has done for this! I thought it was super cute too - he called his dad to let him know and in Brandon's words, "he was beaming with pride". So cute! :)

I was a little tentative at first about the whole thing because it would mean living with my in-laws for our off semester, but after spending this last weekend with them, I know I will love it. This past weekend was Brandon's sister's wedding. Wow. What a draining couple of days. Long story short, I am much closer to everyone else in Brandon's family now! Parents, sister, brother, aunts, cousins, etc. And I think they all like me a little bit better because of the whole situation. :) I'm not complaining. So yes, now I am very excited about living with them and getting to spend some real quality time getting to know them more than I have.

Hopefully I will get some pictures soon - Brandon's aunts took come cute ones of just me and Brandon both at the wedding and the night before.

Tomorrow we head back up to Rexburg by way of Logan, to help my sister move up there! Exciting stuff, I know!

Pretty sure that's it for now!
