This cake was definitely my pride and joy.And Brandon had a birthday!!!
We (okay probably me) weren't in a cakey mood so I made him a cupcake soccer ball! It didn't turn out exactly like I wanted, but I still thought it was cute. Isn't he so handsome?! I sure love him.
And last but not least, one of my absolute FAVORITE pictures!
Whenever Brandon would pull out his controller, David went straight to his lap and put his hands on Brandon's wrists. So cute! I'm glad I finally got a good picture of it.
Anyways, we are finally back home in Rexburg. It's amazing how much we both missed our little 2-bedroom apartment! But our trip was so much fun! We both relaxed (a LOT) and spent as much time as possible doing absolutely nothing. I was only able to have Chipotle once though, so I am already missing it again. Oh well.
For the drive home, Brandon decided to bypass Utah this time and just make the 12 hour drive straight to Idaho. I was a little worried, since I'm sick, he's sick, and neither of us slept much the night before we left, but we made it! Brandon was a trooper the entire day and then Hilary and Brandon were amazing by inviting us over for dinner! Which was really good since we didn't (and still don't) have any groceries. I'm still trying to get the energy and motivation. Maybe we'll have groceries before the end of the week. Anyways, thank you Hilary and Brandon! We sure missed them while they were gone and then while we were gone.
New semester starts in a little over a week! I'm excited to start my internship and hopefully the realization that I will finally be able to graduate will hit soon.
