This is actually from a while ago. He laughs much more normal now. And by normal I mean that it doesn't sound like he's crying.
He woke up from a nap and we discovered that he thought it was hilarious when we would laugh at him. So we would laugh at him, he would laugh back, which would cause us to laugh, and so the evil cycle began. Enjoy!
